What does the anti-corruption programme required of large companies contain?
The management of companies meeting the statutory thresholds must put in place eight measures: a code of conduct, an internal whistleblowing channel, risk mapping, third-party assessment, accounting controls, training, disciplinary rules and internal monitoring of the whole.
