Act of 9 December 2016 on transparency, the fight against corruption and the modernisation of economic life
The Act requires companies meeting the thresholds it sets to put in place an anti-corruption programme: risk mapping, a code of conduct, an internal whistleblowing channel, third-party assessment, accounting controls, training and disciplinary rules. The French Anti-Corruption Agency supervises implementation.
