En inlinesåkare ramlade omkull på en gång- och cykelväg och skadade sig i ett ben. Skadan orsakades av trädnedfall som blivit kvar på vägbanan sedan trädet blåst ned och en arbetstagare hos kommunen fraktat undan trädet. Frågor om kommunen ådragit sig skadeståndsansvar, i första hand till följd av lagen med särskilda bestämmelser om gaturenhållning och skyltning och i andra hand på grund av de allmänna reglerna om oaktsamhet (culpa) i skadeståndslagen. Frågorna har besvarats nekande.
