En tingsrätt har, trots att den ene av två vårdnadshavare inte delgivits handlingarna i ärendet, meddelat slutligt beslut mot den andre vårdnadshavaren i ett ärende om utseende av särskild företrädare för barn. Hovrätten har undanröjt beslutet eftersom det aktuella rättsförhållandet ansetts vara av det slaget att det är odelbart i den meningen att endast ett avgörande kan ges för alla som har del i saken.
