A var anställd av ungdomsorganisationen B för att organisera ett ungdomsläger. A skrev på ett kontrakt angående hyra av tält mellan tältuthyrningsföretaget C och B. C överlät sedan sin fordran på grund av hyreskontraktet på en bank. Banken sände över överlåtelsehandlingen till B, där denna togs emot av A som skrev på handlingen. B erlade sedermera betalning till C för en faktura avseende hyra av tälten som C tillställt B. - Hovrätten fann, dels att A inte varit behörig att på B:s vägnar ta emot överlåtelsehandlingen, dels att B varit i god tro angående C:s rätt att uppbära betalning.
