I ett mål om flyttningsförbud enligt 24 § lagen med särskilda bestämmelser om vård unga har länsrätten bifallit socialnämndens ansökan och förordnat om omedelbar verkställighet. Kammarrätten har, med ändring av länsrättens dom avslagit ansökan om flyttningsförbud. I avsaknad av särskilt förordnande om verkställigheten har kammarrättens dom ansetts inte gälla omedelbart. Det har därför saknats förutsättningar för inhibition av kammarrättens dom.
