Tingsrätten friade en person från ett åtal avseende grova bedrägerier. Huvudförhandlingen i hovrätten genomfördes i den tilltalades frånvaro trots att han hade laga förfall. Tilläggsförhör hölls med den tilltalade per telefon från ett sjukhus.
