Artskyddsbrott. En person har åtalats för att han salufört skinn av prärievarg (canis latrans) under förespegling att det var exemplar av varg (canis lupus). Varg är, i motsats till prärievarg, en skyddad art. Utformningen av den i målet tillämpliga delen av straffbestämmelsen om artskyddsbrott i 29 kap. 2 b § miljöbalken, som i aktuellt avseende hänvisar till den s.k. CITES-förordningen, har ansetts strida mot det i legalitetsprincipen ingående kravet på att straffbestämmelser måste vara i tillräcklig grad tydliga. Personen har därför frikänts.
