Strandskyddsdispens ----- Strandskyddsdispens söktes för uppförande av ett mindre bostadshus för permanentboende. Avsikten var att skapa förutsättningar för att vidmakthålla det enda kvarvarande jordbruket med djurhållning i byn samt att få till stånd ett fungerande generationsboende. Huset skulle ligga mellan en havsvik och en insjö och omfattades därmed av strandskydd från båda dessa strandlinjer. Det ansågs svårt, om inte omöjligt, att hitta en plats för bostadsbebyggelse som inte låg inom strandskyddat område. Mellan det tänkta huset och havsviken fanns vidare ett flertal bostadshus. Med hänsyn till bl.a. detta och då det var fråga om ett starkt enskilt intresse som i detta fall vägde tyngre än de allmänna intressena fann Miljööverdomstolen att det förelåg särskilda skäl att bevilja den ansökta strandskyddsdispensen.
