Tillstånd till enskild avloppsanläggning ----- En sluten tank hade installerats för allt avloppsvatten (WC, bad, disk och tvätt) utan tillstånd. Efter ansökan om tillstånd medgav miljö- och hälsoskyddsnämnden ett temporärt tillstånd att under ett år bruka det befintliga avloppet samt förelades sökanden att inom samma tid ha installerat en avloppsanläggning som kunde godkännas av nämnden. Föreläggandet i den senare delen upphävdes av länsstyrelsen. Sökanden överklagade och yrkade permanent tillstånd till sluten tank. Miljööverdomstolen delade underinstansernas bedömning att ett permanent tillstånd till sluten tank inte borde meddelas. Det tidsbegränsade tillståndet förlängdes för att ge sökanden en möjlighet att finna en ny lösning på avloppsfrågan.
