Tillstånd till tillverkning av läkemedelssubstanser genom kemisk syntes m.m. ----- Miljödomstolens tillstånd till verksamheten tidsbegränsades till utgången av 2012. Miljööverdomstolen upphävde tidsbegränsningen med hänvisning till att verksamheten var förenlig med nuvarande och förväntad markanvändning i området. Även ett villkor om att kemikalieanvändningen vid verksamheten skulle begränsas utifrån Kemikalieinspektionens OBS- och Begränsningslista ansågs olämpligt. Det ersattes med prövotidsvillkor och ett krav på utredning av begränsningsvärden m.m. för utsläpp av avloppsvatten i syfte att minska störningarna i avloppsreningsverket och i miljön.
