Förbud mot täktverksamhet ----- Bolaget påbörjade efter ett samrådsbeslut anläggande av dammar för fiskodling. Delar av massorna som grävdes bort utgjordes av grus som såldes. Länsstyrelsen bedömde att försäljningen av gruset medförde att det var fråga om tillståndspliktig täktverksamhet och förbjöd bolaget att bedriva denna verksamhet. Miljödomstolen fann att det huvudsakliga syftet med det aktuella uttaget av material var att anlägga en damm för fiskodling varför verksamheten inte kunde anses som tillståndspliktig även om gruset såldes. Länsstyrelsens beslut upphävdes. Miljööverdomstolen delade denna bedömning och fastställde underrättsdomen.
