Utdömande av vite ----- En miljönämnd ansökte om utdömande av vite om 30 000 kr mot en fastighetsägare för att denne inte hade följt ett föreläggande att ansluta fastighetens avlopp till en godkänd avloppsanläggning. Fastighetsägaren invände att vitet borde efterskänkas med hänsyn till hans små ekonomiska förhållanden (6 000 kr/mån i pension, fastigheten taxerad till 81 000 kr). Miljödomstolen ansåg att skäl inte förelåg för att helt efterskänka vitet, men väl att jämka det till 15 000 kr. Miljööverdomstolen ändrade endast på så vis att vitet fastställdes till 10 000 kr.
