Tillstånd att uppföra och driva en vindkraftsanläggning ----- Länsstyrelsen meddelade tillstånd till en gruppstation med sex vindkraftverk, varav fyra befintliga. Miljööverdomstolen (MÖD) konstaterade efter överklagande av närboende att det inom området redan fanns ett stort antal vindkraftverk samt att den gällande översiktsplanen var under omarbetning. Vad gällde de befintliga verken godtog MÖD lokaliseringen. De tillkommande verken var båda 20 m högre än de befintliga och skulle utsätta närboende för buller och beskuggning. Det ena verket hade därutöver en avvikande placering vilket skulle komma att påverka landskapsbilden på ett markant sätt. MÖD ogillade därför ansökan om tillstånd för de två verken.
