Tillstånd till bergtäkt ----- Med ändring av underinstansernas avgörande meddelade Miljööverdomstolen (MÖD) tillstånd till en bergtäkt. Efter att ha inhämtat yttrande från bl.a. Konkurrensverket konstaterade MÖD att materialet i berget var särskilt lämpat för vägbeläggning och att detta behov inte kunde tillgodoses genom befintliga täkter i regionen. Även med hänsyn till nyttan av konkurrens när det gäller ballastmaterial fanns behov av den sökta täkten. Då täkten bedömdes medföra endast begränsade skador på miljön och det inte fanns någon bebyggelse i närheten, ansågs verksamheten tillåtlig.
