Miljöbalk (1998:808) (SFS 1998:808)

Ersättning lämnas om omprövning av vattenverksamhet enligt denna balk eller enligt lagen (1998:812) med särskilda bestämmelser om vattenverksamhet medför skada för någon annan än tillståndshavaren som omfattas av omprövningen. För mottagare av andelskraft gäller dock viss begränsning enligt 8 kap. 4 § lagen (1998:812) med särskilda bestämmelser om vattenverksamhet.
Bestämmelserna i 16-18 §§ ska tillämpas på ersättningen. Lag (2018:1408).
