Lag (1994:260) om offentlig anställning (SFS 1994:260)

Om en arbetstagare som tillhör en arbetstagarorganisation har inlett en stridsåtgärd i strid mot 25 §, skall arbetsgivaren och organisationen omedelbart ta upp överläggning med anledning av stridsåtgärden och gemensamt verka för att den upphör.
Har något annat inte föreskrivits i kollektivavtal, gäller första stycket den lokala arbetstagarorganisationen, om det finns en sådan organisation.
