Lag (1994:260) om offentlig anställning (SFS 1994:260)

Om arbetsgivaren bryter mot 23, 24 eller 27 § eller om arbetstagarorganisationen bryter mot 26 eller 27 §, skall arbetsgivaren respektive organisationen ersätta uppkomna skador enligt de grunder som anges i 54, 55, 60 och 61 §§ lagen (1976:580) om medbestämmande i arbetslivet, även om någon förpliktelse till följd av ett kollektivavtal inte har satts åt sidan.
Detsamma gäller en arbetstagare som bryter mot 23, 24 eller 25 §, om något annat inte följer av 29 §.
