Lag (1994:260) om offentlig anställning (SFS 1994:260)

En arbetstagarorganisation får inte anordna eller på något annat sätt föranleda stridsåtgärder som är otillåtna enligt 23 eller 24 §. En sådan organisation får inte heller genom understöd eller på något annat sätt medverka vid otillåtna stridsåtgärder.
Om en arbetstagare som tillhör en arbetstagarorganisation planerar att inleda eller har inlett en otillåten stridsåtgärd, är organisationen skyldig att söka hindra åtgärden eller verka för att den upphör.
