22 §
Lag (1994:260) om offentlig anställning (SFS 1994:260)

Den som är skäligen misstänkt för att i sin anställning ha begått brott ska anmälas till åtal, om misstanken avser
1. följande brott enligt brottsbalken:
a) tagande av muta enligt 10 kap. 5 a §,
b) grovt tagande av muta enligt 10 kap. 5 c §,
c) tjänstefel eller grovt tjänstefel enligt 20 kap. 1 §,
d) missbruk av offentlig ställning eller grovt missbruk av offentlig ställning enligt 20 kap. 2 §, eller
e) brott mot tystnadsplikt enligt 20 kap. 3 § första stycket eller grovt brott mot tystnadsplikt enligt 20 kap. 3 § tredje stycket, eller
2. annat brott, om det kan antas föranleda någon annan påföljd än böter. Lag (2026:1421).
