Lag (1994:260) om offentlig anställning (SFS 1994:260)

Föreskrifterna i 14-19 §§ gäller inte
1. dem som kan meddelas disciplinpåföljd enligt lagen (1994:1811) om disciplinansvar inom totalförsvaret, m.m., för förseelser som omfattas av den lagen,
2. hälso- och sjukvårdspersonal, som i sin yrkesutövning står under Inspektionen för vård och omsorgs tillsyn, för förseelser i denna yrkesutövning som ska prövas av inspektionen eller Hälso- och sjukvårdens ansvarsnämnd,
3. djurhälsopersonal för förseelser i yrkesutövningen som ska prövas av Ansvarsnämnden för djurens hälso- och sjukvård. Lag (2012:941).
