Föreskrifterna om skadestånd i 38, 41 och 42 §§ lagen (1982:80) om anställningsskydd ska tillämpas, om en myndighet i ett ärende om disciplinansvar bryter mot 17-19 §§ eller mot föreskrifter om beslutande organ eller om omröstning.
I fråga om avvikelser i kollektivavtal från vad som sägs i 41 § lagen om anställningsskydd tillämpas 2 b § första stycket samma lag. Lag (2022:842).
