Disciplinpåföljder är varning och löneavdrag. En arbetstagare får inte samtidigt meddelas flera disciplinpåföljder.
Löneavdrag får göras för högst trettio dagar. Löneavdraget per dag får uppgå till högst 25 procent av daglönen.
