Genom kollektivavtal får avvikelser göras från 15 §.
Sådana kollektivavtal får tillämpas också på arbetstagare som inte är medlemmar i den avtalsslutande arbetstagarorganisationen, om de sysselsätts i ett sådant arbete som avses med avtalet.
