Regeringen eller den myndighet som regeringen bestämmer får meddela föreskrifter om
1. riktlinjerna som ska lämnas till Finansinspektionen enligt 61 § andra stycket, och
2. rapporten om ersättningar som ska lämnas till Finansinspektionen enligt 62 § andra stycket. Lag (2026:631).
