Ett aktiebolag får inte ge förskott, lämna lån eller ställa säkerhet för lån i syfte att gäldenären eller en till gäldenären närstående fysisk eller juridisk person som avses i 1 § ska förvärva aktier i bolaget eller överordnat bolag i samma koncern. Lag (2026:783).
