Regeringen eller den myndighet som regeringen bestämmer får meddela föreskrifter om
1. redogörelsen som ska lämnas till Finansinspektionen enligt 7 § tredje stycket, och
2. information om en godkänd väsentlig transaktion som ska lämnas till Finansinspektionen enligt 9 § tredje stycket. Lag (2026:631).
