§ 83 Forretningssted.

(1) Når en parts forretningssted har betydning og han har mer enn ett forretningssted, legges det forretningssted til grunn som har den nærmeste tilknytning til kjøpet, hensett til slike forhold som partene forutsatte på den tid da kjøpet ble inngått.
(2) Dersom en part ikke har forretningssted med tilknytning til kjøpet, legges isteden hans bosted til grunn.
