Avkasting som tingen gir før den avtalte leveringstid, tilfaller selgeren, når det ikke var grunn til å rekne med at den ville falle seinere. Avkasting som tingen gir deretter, tilfaller kjøperen, når det ikke var grunn til å rekne med at den ville falle tidligere.Endret ved lov 21 juni 2002 nr. 34 (ikr. 1 juli 2002).
