En konsument lämnade till följd av ett bedrägeri ut koden till sitt BankID och svarskoder från sin bankdosa. Agerandet möjliggjorde flera transaktioner från konsumentens konto. Omständigheterna har ansetts vara sådana att konsumentens handlande var grovt oaktsamt men inte särskilt klandervärt. Banken ska därför i allt väsentligt återställa kontot till den ställning det hade haft om transaktionerna inte hade genomförts.
