How long may daily working time be and what rest breaks must be observed?
Employees' daily working time may not exceed eight hours; an extension to up to ten hours is permitted only if an average of eight hours a working day is not exceeded within six calendar months or 24 weeks. After the end of the daily working time, employees must be given an uninterrupted rest period of at least eleven hours.
