How long is the notice period for a salaried employee in Denmark?
The employer's notice depends on length of service and runs from one month during the first six months up to six months after more than eight years and nine months. The employee normally gives one month's notice to the end of a month. A probation period of up to three months may be agreed with shorter notice.
