Danish Act on Equal Treatment of Men and Women in Employment
The Act prohibits discrimination on grounds of sex in recruitment, transfer, promotion, working conditions and dismissal, and protects against dismissal during pregnancy and parental leave. Complaints are heard by the Board of Equal Treatment.
