- Paragraph 1 applies. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
- Paragraph 2 applies. It shall apply from 12 September 2025.
- Paragraph 3 applies. The obligation resulting from Article 3(1) shall apply to connected products and the services related to them placed on the market after 12 September 2026.
