How long is the right of withdrawal for an online purchase in Finland?
A consumer normally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, counted from receipt of the goods or from the conclusion of the contract for services. If the right of withdrawal was not disclosed, the period is extended by up to 12 months. Payments must be refunded without delay and no later than 14 days from the notice of withdrawal.
