Förmynderskap

Förmynderskap. Förutsättningar att förordna en medförmyndare för en underårig har bedömts föreligga i fall där den legala förmyndaren dels åsidosatt sin redovisningsskyldighet enligt 13 kap. 2 § föräldrabalken, dels bedömts sakna förmåga att sköta den underåriges angelägenheter på ett tillfredställande sätt. Med hänsyn till en djupgående konflikt mellan den legala förmyndaren och överförmyndarnämnden har det även funnits skäl att besluta att medförmyndaren ensam ska förvalta den underåriges tillgångar.
