Tingsrätten har avvisat ett rättegångsombud och dömt honom för rättegångsförseelse till penningböter. Hovrätten har funnit att ombudets uttalanden i skrift med anklagelser om brott, som inte bara avsett motparten i målet och dennes ombud utan även tredje man, inte haft någon relevans för prövningen av målet och inte heller varit i proportion till syftet som de skulle tjäna. Hovrätten fastställde därför beslutet om rättegångsförseelse. Hovrätten fann dock att ombudet genom uttalandena inte visat prov på olämplighet i sådan utsträckning att han bör avvisas som ombud.
