Två personer har som styrelseledamot, först den ene, sedan den andre, drivit ett aktiebolag med ett aktiekapital om 100 000 kr. Bolaget har inte bedrivit någon annan verksamhet än att föra en skadeståndsprocess, grundad på en av förvaltaren överlåten eventuell rätt till skadestånd, mot styrelseledamoten i ett aktiebolag, som tidigare försatts i konkurs. Bolaget förlorade processen och ålades att betala sammanlagt över en halv miljon kr i ersättning för rättegångskostnader. Därefter försattes bolaget i konkurs utan några tillgångar. Vem som ägde bolaget har inte gått att utröna. Båda styrelseledamöterna har ålagts personligt betalningsansvar för bolagets skuld avseende nämnda rättegångskostnader enligt principerna för s.k. ansvarsgenombrott.
