En man har dömts för grov kvinnofridskränknng mot sin hustru. Med hänsyn till att hustrun varit svårt sjuk och därmed befunnit sig i en särskilt utsatt livssituation under den tidsperiod som de brottsliga gärningarna inträffat har skadestånd enligt 2 kap. 3 § skadeståndslagen (1972:207) (kränkningsersättning) bestämts till ett högre belopp än vad som annars skulle ha varit fallet.
