Vägmål. Del av jord- och skogsbruksfastighet togs i anspråk med vägrätt. Vägföretaget bedömdes medföra en värdehöjning för restfastigheten - s.k. företagsnytta - med hänsyn till uppkomna bebyggelseförväntningar. Värdehöjningen skulle avräknas från den värdeminskning som uppkom till följd av själva markupplåtelsen. Avräkningen skulle däremot inte ske mot skada som i övrigt drabbade fastighetsägaren.
