Fråga om ordningsföljden för olika slag av grundavdrag (generellt grundavdrag och särskilt avdrag för underårig) vid tillämpningen av 28 § 2 och 4 st. lagen (1941:416) om arvsskatt och gåvoskatt. I ett fall då en bröstarvinge ärvt samma förälder vid två skilda tillfällen, första gången som underårig, har när grundavdrag beräknats för det senare arvet ansetts att i första hand det särskilda avdraget för underårig utnyttjats för det grundavdrag som bröstarvingen fått vid det tidigare tillfället.
