En enligt förhandlingsordning förd förhandling om hyreshöjning har strandat. Hyresvärden har härefter enligt 24 § hyresförhandlingslagen ansökt hos hyresnämnden om prövning av den begärda hyreshöjningen. Den strandade förhandlingen och därmed prövningen hos hyresnämnden avsåg hyran per den 1 januari 1997. Hyresvärdens motparter är då endast de som var hyresgäster vid den tidpunkten.
