När kungörelsedelgivning har skett i ett mål, får enligt 17 § första stycket tredje meningen delgivningslagen ett förenklat förfarande användas vid ny delgivning i samma mål. Detta förfarande har ansetts kunna komma i fråga endast under förutsättning att domstolen finner det utrett att de allmänna förutsättningarna för kungörelsedelgivning fortfarande är uppfyllda när den nya delgivningen skall ske.
