En dagbarnvårdare har haft två barn placerade hemma hos sig kl. 09.00-17.00. Tjänstgöringen har enligt de på kollektivavtal grundade anställningsreglerna räknats som halvtidstjänstgöring. Dagbarnvårdaren har vid tillämpning av 4 kap. 7 § första stycket lagen (1962:381) om allmän försäkring ansetts inte arbeta mer än hälften av normal arbetstid och har därmed ansetts berättigad till halv föräldrapenning för vård av eget barn.
