Ett barn, som bereddes vård enligt lagen (1980:621) med särskilda bestämmelser om vård av unga, togs in på ett sjukhus för behandling av en sjukdom. Sjukvårdspersonalen påstods ha vidtagit åtgärder för att upprätthålla de begränsningar i moderns rätt till umgänge med barnet som domstol beslutat. Åtgärderna har i mål angående disciplinansvar för personalen ansetts ingå i denna personals yrkesutövning.
