Parkeringsanmärkning. Tillämpning av 4 § lagen om felparkeringsavgift. 1. Den som sålt ett fordon till en köpare med falsk identitet, och som fått full betalning, har ansetts inte frånhänts fordonet genom brott. 2. Det förhållandet att säljaren - när den felaktiga registreringen av köparen tagits bort - har återregistrerats i vägtrafikregistret, har inte ansetts medföra att säljaren är att anse som ägare när någon ny överlåtelse inte har skett.
