Bestämning av inkomstförlust vid personskada för den som är ensam ägare till ett aktiebolag och arbetar i bolaget. Aktieutdelning som den skadelidande har tagit ut ur bolaget ska ingå i inkomstunderlaget om utdelningen i det enskilda fallet är en inkomst vars motsvarighet den skadelidande hade kunnat uppbära om skadan inte hade inträffat men går miste om till följd av skadan. Avsättningar till semesterreserv och avsättningar för pension ska inte ingå i inkomstunderlaget om detta skulle medföra dubbel kompensation.
