Ett bolag som bedriver hamnarbete har, för att hantera en förväntad ökad arbetsvolym under en åttaveckorsperiod, beslutat att visstidsanställa tre arbetstagare under den berörda perioden och schemalägga dem på eftermiddagar under vardagar. Arbetsdomstolen har funnit att besluten inte har inneburit en sådan viktigare förändring av vare sig verksamheten eller arbetsförhållandena för fyra andra angivna arbetstagare, att bolaget enligt 11 § medbestämmandelagen varit skyldigt att förhandla med förbundet innan bolaget fattade de ovannämnda besluten.
