Ett bolag som bedriver hamnarbete har, för att hantera en förväntad ökad arbetsvolym under en åttaveckorsperiod, beslutat att visstidsanställa tre arbetstagare under den berörda perioden och schemalägga dem på eftermiddagar under vardagar.
