Två arbetstagarförbund har varslat om stridsåtgärder i form av bl.a. arbetsinställelse mot tre arbetsgivarförbund och vissa av deras medlemmar till stöd för bl.a. krav på s.k. flexpension som skulle innebära att kompletterande avgifter för pension betalas in i det s.k. ITP-systemet. Arbetsgivarförbunden har gjort en fredspliktsinvändning och anfört att fredsplikt råder beträffande pensionsfrågor i företag där ITP-planen - som finns i ett mellan parterna i respektive mål gällande kollektivavtal - gäller. Arbetstagarförbunden har med anledning av arbetsgivarförbundens fredspliktsinvändning begärt en interimistisk prövning av de varslade stridsåtgärdernas tillåtlighet. Arbetsdomstolen har avslagit arbetstagarförbundens yrkanden om interimistiska beslut.
