Stockholmssulan
Enligt 2003 års bussbranschavtal skall lönetillägg utgå till bussförare anställda hos bussbolag och busstationer, vilka utför linjetrafik för AB Storstockholms Lokaltrafik under tid bussföraren utför sådan trafik, den s.k. Stockholmssulan. En bussförare som är anställd hos ett bolag som utför närtrafik efter upphandling av Stockholms läns landstings färdtjänstnämnd har inte erhållit något lönetillägg. Fråga bl.a. om avtalet skall tolkas så att det innebär att lönetillägg skall utgå endast till anställda vid bussbolag och busstationer som utför linjetrafik för bolaget SL eller om det innebär att sådant lönetillägg skall utges även till anställda hos bolag som utför linjetrafik för landstinget, om trafiken tidigare varit upphandlad av SL.
